22 Presiding member at ATSIEB meetings (1) The ATSIEB chair presides at all meetings at which the ATSIEB chair is present. (2) If the ATSIEB chair is absent, the ATSIEB deputy chair presides. (3) If the ATSIEB chair and deputy chair are absent, the member chosen by the members present presides. 23 Quorum at ATSIEB meetings Business may be carried on at a meeting of ATSIEB only if at least 4 members are present.
