20 Leave of ATSIEB members (1) ATSIEB may, conditionally or unconditionally, allow the ATSIEB chair to take leave. (2) The ATSIEB chair may, conditionally or unconditionally, allow an ATSIEB member (other than the ATSIEB chair) to take leave for not longer than 1 year. Note The ATSIEB deputy chair is a member and so can be given leave under s (2) (see s 16 (1)).
