196 Term of ATSIEB member declared elected under pt 13 (1) This section applies to a person— (a) declared elected under section 194 (3) (a); or (b) appointed under section 195 (2). (2) The term of the person’s appointment begins at the end of the day the election of the person is declared or the person is appointed and, unless sooner ended, ends on the day the former ATSIEB member’s appointment would have ended.
