14 ATSIEB members (1) ATSIEB consists of 7 elected members. Note Members of ATSIEB are elected under pt 3. (2) Each member holds office— (a) for the period— (i) beginning at the end of the day when the member’s election is declared under the Electoral Act, section 189 (Declaration of result of election), as applied by section 31 (Application of Electoral Act); and
