#### 5A Application of the Criminal Code
Chapter 2 of the Criminal Code (except Part 2.5) applies to all offences against this Act.
> Note 1: Chapter 2 of the Criminal Code sets out the general principles of criminal responsibility.
> Note 2: Part 2.5 of the Criminal Code (which deals with corporate criminal responsibility) is excluded from applying to offences against this Act by subsection 199(10).
