194Remuneration and allowances

#### 194 Remuneration and allowances (1) The following provisions apply in relation to the holder of an office who is, by a provision of this Act, entitled to remuneration and allowances in accordance with this section: (a) the holder of the office shall be paid such remuneration as is determined by the Remuneration Tribunal; (b) if no determination of that remuneration by the Remuneration Tribunal is in operation, the holder of the office shall be paid such remuneration as is determined by the Minister by legislative instrument; (c) the holder of the office shall be paid such allowances as are determined by the Minister by legislative instrument. (3) This section has effect subject to the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973.
