#### 193K Application of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (1) Section 59 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (which deals with investment by corporate Commonwealth entities) does not apply to the Indigenous Land and Sea Corporation. (2) The annual report prepared by the Indigenous Land and Sea Corporation Board and given to the Minister under section 46 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 must include such additional information (if any) as is specified in the regulations under this Act.
