#### 182 Restriction on spending by Indigenous Business Australia The Indigenous Business Australia Board must not approve a proposal for Indigenous Business Australia to spend money (otherwise than for the purposes of the day‑to‑day administration of Indigenous Business Australia) without first considering a written assessment of the proposal that has been: (a) prepared by a member of the staff of Indigenous Business Australia; and (b) endorsed by or on behalf of the Indigenous Business Australia Chief Executive Officer.
