177 Arrangements relating to staff
The Indigenous Business Australia Chief Executive Officer may, on behalf of Indigenous Business Australia, make arrangements for the services of officers or employees of: (a) the Commonwealth, a State or a Territory; or (b) an authority of the Commonwealth or of a State or Territory; or (c) any other organisation or body; to be made available to Indigenous Business Australia.
