#### 147 Functions of Indigenous Business Australia (1) Indigenous Business Australia has the following functions: (a) to engage in commercial activities; (b) to promote and encourage Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander self‑management and economic self‑sufficiency; (c) such other functions as are conferred on it by this Act. (2) Without limiting by implication the meaning of commercial activities in paragraph (1)(a), those activities include the performance of functions that: (a) the Minister has authorised Indigenous Business Australia to perform as an agent of the Commonwealth; or (b) the Minister has delegated to Indigenous Business Australia.
