142GA TSRA may make grants and loans to Queensland government etc.
(1) The TSRA may make a grant of money to: (a) the State of Queensland; or (b) an authority of the State of Queensland (including a local government body); for the purpose of furthering the social, economic or cultural development of Torres Strait Islanders, or Aboriginal persons, living in the Torres Strait area. (2) The TSRA may make a loan of money to: (a) the State of Queensland; or (b) an authority of the State of Queensland (including a local government body); for the purpose of furthering the social, economic or cultural development of Torres Strait Islanders, or Aboriginal persons, living in the Torres Strait area. (3) A grant or loan is subject to such terms and conditions as the TSRA determines.
