Judgment
- COMMISSIONER: This is an appeal under s 97 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (EPA Act) against the refusal of a development application (107/2014) by Burwood Council ("the Council") to demolish existing dwellings and construct a part 4, part 5 storey residential flat building (RFB) with basement parking at 5-13 Carilla Street, Burwood ("the site").
