First Defendant : State Solicitor for Western Australia
1 In 2008 the plaintiff sold two properties, lot 7 and lot 8 Holmes Street Gosnells, to the first defendant (the WAPC). There was a reserve over part of lots 7 and 8. By then, there was a dispute between the plaintiff and the WAPC about lot 8. The dispute arose from a payment of compensation in 1983, by the WAPC's predecessor, to the previous owner of lot 8 for the effect of the reserve.
