Judgment
- Leave is sought by Robert Symes and Kim Louise Filmer, respectively, the first and second plaintiffs, to appeal against an order made by the Appeal Panel of the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal ("NCAT") on 18 August 2015. The order was one dismissing the plaintiffs' application for an award of costs in their favour relevant to an appeal earlier heard by the Appeals Panel. The respondent to the application is Mick Fabar Constructions Pty Ltd ("the defendant").
