- This appeal from orders [38] of the New South Wales Court of Appeal [39] concerns the construction of a statutory provision [40] affording immunity to the Water Administration Ministerial Corporation of New South Wales (the respondent). Other questions were argued. But in the conclusion which I have reached on the application of the immunity, the other questions do not arise [41] . I express no opinion about them.
