Judgment
- In this matter, the plaintiff "MTH" has, by Notice of Motion provided to the Court on 3 March 2022, sought leave to join Mrs Sandra Croft to the proceedings as the third defendant.
- At the hearing of this Motion, MTH sought leave to supplement the documents upon which she sought to rely. Those documents were provided to the Court and the parties by MTH on 21 April 2022.
- Thereafter, the Court received further written submissions from MTH and the other parties to the Motion. The last submission was received on 11 July 2022.
- The Court reserved judgment on that date.
- For the reasons which are contained in this judgment, that application must, on the material put before the Court, fail.
