1 JENKINS J: This is an appeal from the decision of a Magistrate sitting in the Magistrate's Court at Armadale on 25 May 2006 on Prosecution Notice 4558 of 2006. It alleged that the respondent obtained payment of a parenting payment knowing that the payment was only payable in part, contrary to the Social Security (Administration) Act 1999 (Cth), s 215(1) and s 217.
