REASONS FOR DECISION
- By application for disciplinary findings and orders filed on 14 December 2021, the Health Care Complaints Commission ("the Applicant" or "the Commission") seeks the following orders: 1. Pursuant to s 149C(1)(b) of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (NSW) ("the National Law"), an order that the Respondent's registration as a psychologist be cancelled, with a non-review period of 6 years; 2. Pursuant to clause 13 of Schedule 5D of the National Law, an order that the Respondent pay the Commission's costs in these proceedings; and 3. Pursuant to s 64 of the Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2013 (NSW) ("the CAT Act"), an order prohibiting the disclosure of the names of the persons listed in the Schedule to the Applicant's Complaint dated 14 December 2021 ("the Complaint").
