REASONS FOR DECISION
- Dr Hanna, a dental practitioner, appealed from the respondent's decision to suspend his registration as a practitioner. By the time of the hearing, the parties had agreed that the suspension should be set aside and that the Tribunal should decide to place conditions on his registration.
- Having heard from the parties and reviewed the evidence, we were satisfied that the parties' proposed orders were appropriate for the protection of the health or safety of patients and others and that it was in the public interest to make the orders. Accordingly, we made those orders on the day of the hearing. These are our reasons for doing so.
