ORDER Barton and Another v. The Queen and Another (Appeal No. 32 of 1980) Appeal allowed in part. Paragraph 1 of the order of the Supreme Court of New South Wales (Criminal Division) (dismissing the motions to quash the indictments) affirmed. Paragraph 2 of the order set aside and in lieu thereof order that the application for a stay of proceedings on the Harbourside indictment be dismissed. Remit the matter to the Supreme Court of New South Wales (Criminal Division) to decide whether a stay of proceedings on the Bounty indictment should be granted. Gruzman v. Attorney-General For the State of New South Wales (Appeal No. 33 of 1980) and Others Appeal allowed in part. Paragraph 1 of the order of the Supreme Court of New South Wales (Criminal Division) (dismissing the motion to quash the indictment) affirmed. Paragraph 2 of the order set aside. Remit the matter to the Supreme Court of New South Wales (Criminal Division) to decide whether a stay of proceedings on the indictment should be granted. Barton v.
