- The applicant and owner are advised that this approval is not to be construed as permission to erect any structure on or near a boundary contrary to the provisions of the Dividing Fences Act.
The following conditions are applied to ensure that the development satisfies the provisions of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and Regulations.
- All new building work must be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Building Code of Australia (BCA) in accordance with Clauses 78A-78I of the Environmental Planning &Assessment Regulation 1998.
