1140 Definitions

S. 1140(1) amended by No. 41/2025 s. 3(Sch. 1 item 35.6).

(1) In section 3 of the Spent Convictions Act 2021, in paragraph (n) of the definition of Victorian law enforcement agency, for "Children, Youth and Families Act 2005" substitute "Youth Justice Act 2024".

(2) In section 3(1) of the Spent Convictions Act 2021 insert the following definition—
