1109 Definitions

In section 4 of the Prisoners (Interstate Transfer) Act 1983, in the definition of State sentence of imprisonment—

(a) paragraph (a) is repealed;

(b) for paragraph (b) substitute—

"(b) in a youth justice custodial centre within the meaning of the Youth Justice Act 2024; or".
