1044 Charges returned to Children's Court
(1) In section 168A(1)(b) of the Criminal Procedure Act 2009, for "section 356(6), (7A) or (7C) of the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005" substitute "section 157A or 157B of the Youth Justice Act 2024".
(2) Section 168A(2)(a) of the Criminal Procedure Act 2009 is repealed.
(3) Section 168A(3) of the Criminal Procedure Act 2009 is repealed.
(4) In section 168A(4) of the Criminal Procedure Act 2009, for "section 356(8A) of the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005" substitute "section 159 of the Youth Justice Act 2024".
