98A Procedural matters
(1) If the Court makes an order suspending the sentence imposed on a
youth, the youth must sign the order to signify acceptance of the
terms before leaving the precincts of the Court.
(2) If the Court makes an order suspending the sentence imposed on a
youth, it must ensure that a copy of the order is:
(c) sent to the appropriate authority.
