86 Fixing non-parole period otherwise than at time of sentencing (1) This section applies if the Court fails to fix a non-parole period under section 85. (2) The failure does not invalidate the sentence. Youth Justice Act 2005 59 (3) On application by the appropriate authority, a prosecutor, the youth or a person on behalf of the youth, the Court may fix a non-parole period in accordance with section 85 in any manner in which the Court might have done so at the time of sentencing.
