77 Court must consider victim impact statement or victim report (1) Before the Court sentences a youth for an offence, the Court must permit the prosecutor to present a victim impact statement or victim report in relation to each victim of the offence. (2) The Court must consider each victim impact statement and each victim report presented before determining the sentence to be imposed in relation to the offence. (3) The Court must not draw any inference in favour of a youth (or against a victim) because a victim impact statement or victim report is not presented to the Court.
