44 No review or appeal
(1) A decision:
(a) to divert or not to divert a youth; or
Youth Justice Act 2005 30
(b) that a youth did or did not complete a diversion satisfactorily,
cannot be reviewed or appealed against in any court or tribunal.
(2) Subsection (1) does not affect the power of the Court to refer a
youth for assessment under section 64.
