38A Meaning of prescribed offence For this Act, a prescribed offence is: (a) an offence prescribed by regulation; or (b) an offence against a law, or a repealed law, of the Territory or another jurisdiction (including a jurisdiction outside Australia) that substantially corresponds to an offence prescribed under paragraph (a).
