232 Superseded references to certain offices (1) A reference to a probation and parole officer in an order: (a) of the Board or of any Court in relation to a youth under this or any other Act; and (b) that is in effect immediately before the commencement, is taken, on and after the commencement, to be a reference to a community youth justice officer. (2) A reference to the Commissioner of Correctional Services in an order: (a) of any Court in relation to a youth under this or any other Act; and (b) that is in effect immediately before the commencement,
