200 Obstructing or hindering detention centre staff and other officers (1) A person must not hinder, obstruct, assault or threaten with violence any of the following in the exercise of their powers or performance of their functions or duties under this Act: (a) a superintendent or member of the staff of a detention centre; (b) a police officer; (c) a community youth justice officer. (2) A person must not aid or abet another person in the commission of an offence against subsection (1).
