199 Offence to remove youth A person who, without lawful excuse, removes a youth from the care of a person with whom, or from an establishment (other than a detention centre) at which, the youth has been placed under this Act is guilty of an offence. Maximum penalty: 800 penalty units or imprisonment for 4 years.
