183 Ministers may agree The Minister and the corresponding Minister of a State may agree that: (a) an interstate detainee may transfer from a detention centre in the State in which he or she was sentenced to a detention centre in the Territory; or Youth Justice Act 2005 120 (b) a detainee may transfer from a detention centre in the Territory to a detention centre in the State.
