128 Taking other offences into account
Section 107 of the Sentencing Act 1995 applies in relation to
proceedings under this Act as if:
(a) a reference to a court were a reference to the Youth Justice
Court; and
Youth Justice Act 2005 77
(b) a reference to a person included a reference to a youth.
