127 Cumulative orders of detention or imprisonment (1) If a youth: (a) is serving, or has been sentenced to serve, a term of detention or imprisonment for an offence; and (b) is sentenced to serve another term of detention or imprisonment for another offence, the Court may direct the term of detention or imprisonment for the other offence is to start from the end of the term of detention or imprisonment for the first offence or an earlier date. (2) Subsection (1) applies whether the term of detention or imprisonment for the first offence is being served concurrently with or cumulatively on the term of detention or imprisonment for another offence.
