126 Detention or imprisonment to be concurrent unless otherwise ordered (1) If a youth: (a) is serving, or has been sentenced to serve, a term of detention or imprisonment for an offence; and (b) is sentenced by the Court to serve another term of detention or imprisonment for another offence, the later term of detention or imprisonment must be served concurrently with the term of detention or imprisonment for the first (2) Subsection (1) does not apply if: (a) this Act otherwise provides; or (b) the Court otherwise orders when imposing the later sentence.
