115 Procedural matters
(1) If the Court makes a periodic detention order, the youth must sign
the order to signify acceptance of the terms before leaving the
precincts of the Court.
(2) If the Court makes a periodic detention order, it must ensure that a
copy of the order is:
(c) sent to the appropriate authority.
