34 Disclosure of presentence report
[Section 34 Amended by No. 67 of 2004, Sched. 1, Applied:30 Mar 2005] The Secretary must provide a copy of the presentence report and any rehabilitation program assessment as soon as practicable to –
(a) the prosecutor; and
(b) the youth; and
(c) the legal representative of the youth; and
(d) the guardian, unless one cannot be found after reasonable inquiry.
