167 Appointment of facilitators
(1) The Secretary may appoint as facilitators –
(a) [Section 167 Subsection (1) amended by No. 86 of 2000, Sched. 1, Applied:01 May 2001] State Service officers and State Service employees who are employed for the purposes of the Department; and
(b) [Section 167 Subsection (1) amended by No. 86 of 2000, Sched. 1, Applied:01 May 2001] persons who are not State Service officers or State Service employees.
(2) The appointment of a facilitator under subsection (1)(b) is for the period, and is subject to the terms and conditions, specified in the instrument of appointment.
