3 Definitions
In this regulation—
authorised officer of the Department of Communities and Justice has the same meaning as in the Act, section 66(4).
COPS means the COPS (Computerised Operational Policing System) database maintained by the NSW Police Force.
DPP means the Director of Public Prosecutions.
Public Service senior executive has the same meaning as in the Government Sector Employment Act 2013.
the Act means the Young Offenders Act 1997.
