11 Meaning of “authorised officer of the Department of Communities and Justice”

For the Act, section 66(4), definition of authorised officer of the Department of Communities and Justice, paragraph (e), the persons employed in the Department of Communities and Justice and assigned to the following roles are prescribed—

(a) a Public Service senior executive responsible for youth justice,

(b) a manager, however described, responsible for youth justice,

(c) a role performing duties in connection with the Youth on Track scheme,

(d) a person—

(i) responsible for youth justice conferencing policy and procedures, and

(ii) authorised by the Secretary.
