#### 71 Giving of notices 71 Giving of notices > If by or under this Act a document is required or permitted to be given to or served on a person, the document may be given or served— > > > (a) by delivering it personally to the person, or > > > (b) by leaving it at that person’s usual or last known place of residence with a person apparently over the age of 16 years and apparently residing there, or > > > (c) by sending it by post addressed to the person at that person’s usual or last known place of residence, or > > > (d) if a manner of service is prescribed by any other Act or law in relation to a person or class of persons, by being served in that manner.
