62A Delegation of Secretary’s functions

62A Delegation of Secretary’s functions

The Secretary may delegate the exercise of any function of the Secretary under this Act or the regulations (other than this power of delegation) to any of the following persons—

(a) a Deputy Secretary of the Department of Communities and Justice,

(a1) the Chief Executive of Juvenile Justice, Department of Communities and Justice or a Deputy Chief Executive of Juvenile Justice, Department of Justice,

(b) any other person (or person belonging to a class of persons) prescribed by the regulations.
