#### 33A Destruction of finger prints, palm prints and photographs 33A Destruction of finger prints, palm prints and photographs > > (1) If a child is given a caution under this Part, the Commissioner of Police is to ensure that any finger prints or palm prints obtained from, or photographs taken of, the child in connection with the offence for which the caution is given (and any copies of them) are destroyed. > > > > Note. > > > > The Commissioner of Police may delegate this function.
