2Interpretation

2 Interpretation In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears: > approved form means a form approved by the President for the purposes of the provision in which the expression is used. > Form means a form set out in Schedule 1. > old IR agreement means an agreement certified or approved under: (a) section 115 of the Industrial Relations Act 1988, as in force before the commencement of the Industrial Relations Amendment Act 1992; or (b) Division 3A of Part VI of the Industrial Relations Act 1988, as in force before the commencement of Schedule 2 to the Industrial Relations Reform Act 1993; or (c) Part VIB of the Industrial Relations Act 1988, as in force before the commencement of Schedule 8 to the Workplace Relations and Other Legislation Amendment Act 1996. > the Act means the Workplace Relations Act 1996, but does not include Schedule 1B to that Act or regulations made under that Schedule. > Workplace Relations Minister means the Minister administering Part I of the Workplace Relations Act 1996.
