136 Signing of documents etc on behalf of persons, organisations etc Subject to the Act, if any document is required by the Act or these Regulations to be taken out, made or signed or may be taken out, made or signed, or any step is required to be taken or may be taken by any person, organisation, branch, company or committee of management, in relation to any application or proceeding with which the Registrar is authorised to deal, that document may be taken out, made or signed, or that step taken, on behalf of that person, organisation, branch, company or committee of management: (a) in the case of a person — by that person or by any other person authorised by him in writing; (b) in the case of an organisation or branch — by a person authorised by, or in accordance with the rules of, the organisation or branch; (c) in the case of a company not being an organisation — by an officer or person duly authorised under the seal of the company to represent it under the Act, or in the proceedings; and (d) in the case of a committee of management of an organisation or branch — by a person authorised by the committee.
