95 Interim payment—weekly payments (1) If, in respect of a claim, the Magistrates' Court or the County Court determines that— (a) compensation in the form of weekly payments is, or may be, payable under this Act; and (b) it is unable to ascertain the relevant rate of weekly payments— the Court may make an interim determination for payment of the whole or any part of the compensation. (2) The making of a determination under subsection (1)— (a) does not preclude the Court from making, in respect of the same claim, a further interim determination or a final determination; and (b) does not prejudice the rights of the parties in respect of any such further interim or final determination.
