65 Occupational asthma impairment (1) For the purposes of assessing the degree of occupational asthma impairment, the A.M.A Guides apply— (b) as if for Chapter 5, Tables 8 and 10 of those Guides there were substituted the guidelines entitled "Impairment Assessment in Workers with Occupational Asthma" in force under section 67. (2) In this section, ***occupational asthma*** has the meaning given by the guidelines referred to in subsection (1)(b).
