64 Psychiatric impairment (1) For the purposes of assessing the degree of psychiatric impairment, the A.M.A Guides apply— (b) as if, for Chapter 14 of those Guides, there were substituted the guidelines entitled "The Guide to the Evaluation of Psychiatric Impairment for Clinicians" in force under section 67. S. 64(2) inserted by No. 8/2024 s. 8. (2) To avoid doubt, the definition of ***mental injury*** does not apply for the purposes of assessing the degree of psychiatric impairment.
