620B Appointment of expert panel
(1) For the purposes of section 620A, the Minister must appoint a minimum of 3 persons to form the expert panel.
(2) The Minister must ensure that each person appointed to the expert panel has experience in one or more of the following areas—
(a) medicine;
(b) law;
(c) finance;
(d) occupational health and safety.
